Serbia domestic shipping

All orders are shipped via Post Express Serbia.

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and depend on weight of the package. The exact shipping cost will be calculated before shipment.

International shipping

International shipping methods, costs, delivery times, and any applicable customs or import charges will be discussed directly with the customer. The payment of all ordered products and shipping must be made in advance. Shipping arrangements will be confirmed individually before an order is finalized. Any purchase agreement is concluded only after direct communication between KROJ Belgrade and the customer and after all essential terms (including product availability, price, shipping costs, and payment method) have been agreed.

KROJ Belgrade reserves the right to decline orders at its discretion and subject to product availability.
